Now that we are married and my budget is a little bit tighter, my mission when shopping for clothes is to find good bargains and deals. After pay day, instead of heading to some of my favourite clothing stores (which happen to be the more expensive shops – curse my expensive taste!), I decided to pop in at Mr Price and Ackermans to find some affordable items to add to my wardrobe.

Buying Winter Boots On A Budget

I’m always looking for boots in winter. And a pair of winter boots is a must-have for when the weather gets cold. They keep you warm, your feet dry and they look great with almost any winter outfit! But finding a good pair of budget-friendly boots isn’t always easy. I’ve searched for the best reasonably priced boots  and found some items that I think both look good and are affordable. All the boots on this list are less than R350.

Current Favourite: Bell Sleeve Blouses

I purchased this trumpet sleeve top from H&M while I was in Cape Town, and now I think it’s safe to say that this style is a new favourite! Trumpet sleeve tops typically flare out from about the shoulder or the elbow, and the sleeves can be short or long (the shirt I’m wearing has long sleeves which come over my hands). I’m also loving bell sleeve blouses. The bell sleeve can also be short or long, flaring towards the bottom. Both styles are super flowy and elegant, and I think we’re going to see quite a bit of this style in winter.
