Blueberry Yoghurt Muffins made with Crickley Dairy Plain Yoghurt

Blueberry Yoghurt Muffins made with Crickley Dairy Plain Yoghurt.

I’d been wanting to make muffins for ages, so when I found this recipe for Blueberry Yoghurt muffins, I decided to try it. The recipe calls for Greek yoghurt, but I decided to use Crickley Dairy’s Medium Fat Plain Yoghurt instead and it worked perfectly!

To make the muffins, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 300g plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200g Crickley Dairy Medium Fat Plain Yoghurt
  • 60ml Crickley Dairy Low Fat Milk
  • 220g blueberries

You can find the directions for original recipe here.

I really enjoyed making these muffins – and I enjoyed eating them, too! Thanks Crickley Dairy for the yummy yoghurt.
