Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and who doesn’t love starting their day with a cup of coffee and a delicious, healthy and filling meal. Radisson Blu knows how important it is for us to start the day with caffeine and good food, which is why they’ve refreshed their buffet area and introduced a Super Breakfast for their guests and the foodies of PE.
Radisson Blu’s upgraded buffet area has a clean and modern look, where you can enjoy breakfast in a relaxed and casual environment. Executive Chef, Wayne Oosthuizen, believes that scent plays an important role in the Super Breakfast and that the meal is a journey for the senses. “Scent has an impact on the way our brains perceive things, we are trained to react to pleasing smells and this is key to our breakfasts.”
When you arrive for breakfast at the newly refurbished buffet area, you’ll be welcomed by the sight of colourful fresh fruit, assorted juices, baked pastries, salmon and cheeses – a superb spread guaranteed to tease your taste buds and awaken your senses in the morning. The Super Breakfast buffet features a coffee bar where you can make yourself a cappuccino, espresso or infused tea in a beautiful cast iron pot.
To add to the experience, Radisson Blu’s Super Breakfast also includes a limited and seasonal a-la-carte menu which features a Classic Eggs Benedict, Pan fried chicken livers in a peri peri sauce and a Sweet waffle with drizzled golden honey and Chantilly cream.
The Super Breakfast is open to the public and is available weekdays from 06h30 – 10h30 and until 11h00 on weekends.
