Locally Yours Market is celebrating spring with a weekend of festivities

Spring symbolizes growth, and this spring, Locally Yours Market will be growing their monthly market by extending their trading hours! This weekend, you can pop in at Locally Yours on Friday evening, 6 September and Saturday morning, 7 September at the Tramways Building in Port Elizabeth.

Locally Yours Market’s success lead the market team to extend the event and make it a two-day celebration of good food, good music and handcrafted gifts and crafts. Starting on Friday night, market-goers can relax after a long week while shopping for good food and products from the same vendors as the usual Saturday event, including Vossie’s Deli, Mook’s, Ammina’s Fusion, @Karoo, Da Roca Pink Gin and Tonic, Groundfloor Cafe coffee.

Locally Yours Market’s spring edition is set to welcome a host of newcomers too, including Abenna Naturals, Kefir Life, Lushi’s Designs, Mmmdelicious, Perfect Smoothie, Wendleberry Kids and Windgat Stencils.

Once again, Locally Yours Market has waived their entrance fee, and instead are asking those who visit the market to make a donation towards the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL). This month, the AACL have asked for donations of crockery, kitchen utensils, appliances and clothes for their Bargain Box shop.

For a fun-filled weekend where you can enjoy good food, do some shopping and support the Bay’s local small business owners, visit this month’s Locally Yours Market.
